if you click on FAQ (frequently asked questions) the 3rd menu on the left
and then where it says Moderators (not active & alumni)
click on the name Siabhra and that will take you to her page..
She has lots of helpful tips and information that I hope will be a big help to you (some of the links may not work now as it was quite a while ago when she was last on here)
YouTube also has great videos to show you what to do etc...
