Paint Shop Pro & Animation Shop ... check for them on Limewire or any other file sharing program. Once you do get it do a search on the net for tutorials that will teach you how to make different graphics. Also, there are groups on Myspace and Yahoo devoted to graphic making, just type "PSP" in the groups search. =)
