It basically consist of noise. Which is a filter and you can find that in any program that makes graphics. I think? =) I hope that helps you, I'll find more links to help you.

I only use photoshop 7.0. cuz it's the only program I have =)..

( this one the same, but I think you can also download a Trail version of Paintshop Pro (which is like adobe photoshop). but I'm not sure if the link or program works=) so be careful please *hugs*.

The layouts I'm not sure, but I think you can. but if you made one yourself, you can email the layout code (if you made one) to Madelon. To upload to your profile. in a few days she will upload., cause of the long list. (this is for if you made a layout yourself)

Here you can't change the background, but you can add codes and make it look pretty still. Basically you can just put pictures on here, but there's codes where you can change the font color. The code your going to have to use to add pictures here is the BB code, or url. which is similar to html but not the same. BB code starts with
while the html starts with <a herf=

Confusing a little but you'll learn fast, believe me =)
the pitures here already have the code so you can just copy it and paste it on to your profile. Make sure you get the bb code, which is the bottom one. The top one is the html.

To paste a picture on here click edit (underneath your main icon) and you shall see a "something about yourself" write there you can paste the code. =)

As for making pictures I have adobe photoshop 7.0.

but I think can email to you the program. if that helps =)
