There are loads of things you could be doing instead of reading this pile of shit... And after reading it you will probably still know not much about me… But who needs a life whan you're wearing cool underwear
ME:
I don't really know how words can describe my randomness... so I’ll just tell you some basic facts:
1. My name is Maria João, but nobody calls me that.
2. I'm 14 and I live in Coimbra, Portugal.
3. My mom was listening to James Brown during my birth (She’s a weird lady).
4. I'm doing nothing most of the time.
5. I can be quite sarcastic at times.
6. I'm easily bored.
7. I talk A LOT, but only around people that I already know.
8. There's a dinosaur in my bedroom (a real one).
9. I'm easily distracted.
10. I usually say what I think and sometimes I talk too much, what makes many people tell me I think I'm better than everybody. But that's not truth. I know I'm not perfect, I'm aware of my weaknesses and I'm okay with them.
11. I like sock puppets
12. There are million issues I care about - and not nearly enough time to devote to them all.
13. I'm independent minded. I’ll always give my opinion and do what I think it's correct. I live by my own rules and I don’t give a damn if you don’t like it, because I don't wanna die knowing that I've always done what other people wanted me to. It's my life not theirs and I don't wanna waste it trying to fit in.
14. I usually try to respect people, but only the ones that respect me.
15. Oh, I almost forgot: You should know, for your own safety, they I can be quite temperamental at times... just a warning...

P.S.: One more thing: I could write all this in portuguese, but I know that most of you wouldn’t probably get it. So it would be nice if you didn't bother me because of my spelling/grammar mistakes. I don't mind if you tell me when you see one, I would actually appreciate it; just don't start shit with me because of it.

I'm not the type of person who makes friends too quickly or easily because it takes time to get to know me. That's really not something I care about, because I prefer to have few but real friends than a bunch of people that I hardly know following me around.

- YOU'RE UNCLE'S CAT! (I can't get it either...).
- Superficial people.
- Racism.
- Homophobia.
Homosexuality isn't a choice, discrimination is.
You can't control or choose your sexuality. And love is what people need the most in the world; they shouldn't have to hide it.
- Sexism.
- People who write like this: "Ellooo!! Thaa name'z (blablabla). c(x I'mmm fifshhh-teen, && I cann beh yerrr bestieee ohh yerrr worstt nightmaree;;... yooh chooseehh!!!".
I have nothing against it... I just don't like it.
- School (But not always.).
- When people try to take control of other people's lives.
- Labels. Some people label me as punk, goth or emo.
It kind of sucks that when people see somebody that looks or acts different they immediately have to put it in some sort of group.
If you guys like labeling that much, then I’m raspberry jam! Yeah, you heard me! RASPBERRY JAM!
- People that are obsessed with being "cool".
Quit trying to belong. Just act naturally and be yourself. It’s your life, you don't need others approval.
- People who worry too much about what other people think or say.
Other people aren't the protagonists of your life. You are. So you should worry more about you accepting yourself than other people accepting you.
- Vanessa/Avril Lavigne/Paris Hilton/Tokio Hotel/Zac Efron/(...).
But of course that if you like them, that doesn’t mean I hate you.
- I hate people that say they’re “emo”, make up fake problems and pretend to be sad even when they’re happy.
Stop being so selfish. There are so many people with REAL issues that try to carry on with a smile on their face, and you guys keep trying to show off by inventing problems and whining about stupid stuff like break-ups.
I mean... its ok to cry. It's ok to be sad because of stuff that might seem unimportant to others. Everybody does. Just because there are people with bigger problems it doesn't mean your pain isn't real… But stop trying to call attention! If you like feeling bad for yourself that’s up to you, but try to understand other people have lives as well! Why would a stranger waste time caring if you broke-up with you boyfriend/girlfriend, while there are people out there who REALLY need help?
And don’t come to me saying "Hey! Not all emos act like that! bla bla", because I’m obviously talking about the ones that actually DO act like this.
And don't get me wrong, this is nothing against the fashion trend... I actually liked it till everybody started to wear it.
Oh, and if you do this kind of things, that doesn't mean I refuse to talk to you. People aren't ever perfect, and just because I don't like what you might be doing, that doesn't mean we can't be friends.
- People that try to impose their believes on other people
- People telling me that MCR are emo.
Don't ever do that. Ever.
- People that go protesting about something that they know nothing about.
Most people that protest against (for example) Global Warming don't even know what it is! They have a small idea but that's not enough!
Before you talk, you need to do a research, or you wont get anywhere because no one will take you serious.
An example: Going green is quite trendy these days. But make sure you know the truths before you talk.
- People that are into something not because they sincerely love it, but to fit in some kind of label or because it projects a certain image.
- People that judge other people without even trying to know them first.
- People that follow stupid society rules without even knowing why.
I believe that some rules are necessary, but others are just useless.
Don't do stuff just because other people tell you that's what's right. Do what YOU think it's correct, because that's what living is about.
- People that keep telling me I am anorexic just because I look skinny.
- People in general... Most people are pretty screwed up... This may make me sound like some kind of crazy misanthropist or sociopath or something... But I'm not.
- War.
- People that think that just because I'm not a vegetarian, I am an horrible person and I hate animals.
I actually love, LOVE, animals.
Just accept that we have different lifestyles. You can't make everyone do the same as you.
I respect and truly UNDERSTAND vegetarians. And I expect them to respect and understand me too.
- People that think that they can do nothing to change the world.

I hate homophobes, and another thing I hate are people pretending to be bisexual just to fit in some kind of group or label... You are actually disrespecting people that ARE bisexual.
You are ridiculous... do you think being gay/hetero/bi is a choice? Do you think that you can choose to be bi just because you wanna look "more emo"?
You wanna label Hello Kitty as "emo"? I don't care. Wanna label Harry Potter as "emo"? ok... Wanna label vampires? Great. Crowns? Brass knuckles? Robots, gloomy bear? AWESOME! But bisexuals? That's just to much.

my new school i....just alright. I went from a tiny private school last year with only 100 kids in 9 grades to a public school with 350 kids in only 3 grades. I like changing classrooms for different subjects though because I'm not stuck in the same room all day.
