i mean tht u cant upload ur personal photographs here cuz its not in acordance to the sites ToS.
To put an image in ur profile u just have to use BBCode (2nd box with codes)

Images like those are not allowed here, so use an image hosting site (i.e. photobucket, tinypic) for that.
