Hey! The browse button is just to help find the file name easier. If you hit browse it should take you to the folder you have the graphic saved under. When uploading work that is not yours, make sure that you select "Image is in the public domain" on the description section unless it has a name or tag stating that someone else made it. In that case, don't upload it. Chances are it's already been uploaded onto here by the creator. Hopefully that made sense to you ;)
