1st of all,
i added u 2 ^^
ok, the 1st thing u need to make graphics is a software. u can use any photo editin software tht u want =)
i use photoshop, u can also use psp, corel photo paint, etc
now, there r dif techniques to make dif kinds of graphics =)
for ex:
Glitter Fills
Glitter Graphics
Animated Name
