Now a very natural question is of whether we can expect any cure for hereditary baldness to become available to the general public in the next couple of years, say in the next decade. There happen to be some promising research projects in several areas of hair science that could produce a real breakthrough, especially in the area of hair cloning, creating new hair follicles in wounds of hair free skin or NEOSH101 drug research but none of these inventions can lead us to finding the ultimate cure for hair loss. The ultimate solution is most likely going to emerge from genetics research but this will take substantially longer than a decade. One research project that sounds particularly promising and which could kill two birds with a single stone is telomerase research. The chief task of this project is to place caps on shortening telomeres that are responsible for all premature aging processes including hair loss. Although finding effective cancer treatment is the focal point of this research, its potential for treating premature aging conditions such as pattern baldness is also being studied more info.
