You can also use free web based sites like lunapic.com they also have instructions on that site to make them - however those sites you really can't do much with - if you find some tutorials and have any specfic questions I would be glad to help you but I am sorry I just don't have the time to show someone from scratch how to make them :0) - I hope you understand.

You do realise that I didn't make hardly any of the graphics on my page! I do make a few, but not that many... so yeah. There are loads of tutorials online to help you make a pixel.
