actually i'm not a professional on making graphics :P
but i <3 the one's i make cause most of them mean a lot to me :D
if u want to make real graphics,with glitter tooh u have to use the corresponding programs..but i don't know which..:/
i don't use any..:P
i just make 5 similar images and through a website(www.gifninja.com) i make them "animated"..
i'm in the beggining..i wish i helped..u can ask for more info your friends..some of them are expert..i'm sure they're gonna help u more :D:D

Im using a program called AdobeImageReady (many people dont use that)
Its a program come together with Photoshop but i dont use that one. Its kinda confusing for me.
Many artists here use PSP (paint shop pro) and animation shop but i dont have those two. But you can ask an artist about it. Try to ask this lady.
