i desperately want to learn how to make beautiful graphics,so pls help me out if u're free.
i'd like to learn how to make animated graphics, glitter graphics, banners etc and anything here!!
cos most of the makers i found are usually not animated.. =(
Also, i'd like to know if there are any free downloads or website makers too.
