hehe....u can do it too :)
in photofilte and u kinda
need to use lunapic.com

1. go to photofiltre and select a photo
2. then use the magic wand tool and select
a place u wanna add glitter
3. then go to Filter then select Noise and then add noise
4. decide which amount to put on ur photo (i used 70 and u can select uniform at the bottom to make it look better)
5. click okie and ur done putting glitter :)
(hint: if ur making an animation put any detail on ur photo such as text and board before adding glitter and save it...
and name it "basic" X3 and save it as a PNG file)
6. then u do the same to the "basic" picture with no glitter
(another thing: name the other photos with glitter with a different name like "thea1" its easier to find it with numbers)
7. once ur done with 3 or 4 of the photos go to lunapic.com
8. under the upload box u'll see "Click here to add more files for Animations or Collages" click on it and more boxes should appear
9. put the photo with gitter in the box and make sure they r in order and click upload
10. then once its uploaded see if ur satisfied with it and make sure to save it IF u like it :3
(save it as a GIF)
