-I'm Proud of you.. going off pain meds is difficult at the best of times. When your in agony .. it's enuf to make you loose it. We cut ours in half went thru months of adjusting to he higher pain levels. Now we're used to more pain & can live with a half dose. We now take herbs to help with pain. Especially TUMERIC as I told you yesterday.
Still.. When you live with pain like we do.. it can either allow it 2 take over your life.. or NOT! Glad you voted for NOT!

-I don't want you to feel pressure regarding my requests. Okay? I enjoy graphix and i just love yours but, there's not rush. Whenever you have a day where you "feel" like working on them, then cool.

-Now.. as to this idjit stalking you.. I'm so sorry this person cant get a life. I will keep praying that he stays out of yours. if not.... then lets hope that the police find and arrest this person soon. You've protected yourself the best way you can.

So how have you been my friend. You doing okay? Has your pain been bearable? I've begun taking TUMERIC 3 capsules a day which helps with the achy pain of arthuritis.
