Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experiences of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved.

I have always been creative, and crafty, even as a child. Though I always had a hard time, sticking with just one craft. I would get bored with any craft, I tried, after a while as they did not lend much, to my need for a creative outlet. Then I discovered the art of jewelry crafting. I have since went from jewelry crafter to jewelry artisan.

I have been creating jewelry for about 10 years. I started with simple beading designs, I was taught by my Aunt Linda. I found real enjoyment and relaxation, out of creating the jewelry. Coming up with new ways, to string beads, and make new designs, was fascinating to me. I started to seek out as much information, as I could on the whole subject. It was my Uncle Den, that showed me how to, properly make a loop in the wire, to hang some earrings, I had made on ear wires. It fascinated me to no end, that there was more to it, then just making a circle, in the end of a wire. You have to have the angles in there, for the simple loop to set center and round. For this I have to credit and THANK my Aunt Linda and Uncle Den, for the inspiration, and Love of jewelry design and creation, in which I would have never discovered, without them.

When I started making jewelry I was fascinated by all the different metals, shapes, sizes and gauges. Not to mention the enormous choices of beads, gemstones, and crystals, to choose from, for my designs and creations. Although I use many different styles and forms, for my jewelry, I'm partial to the genuine gemstones, porcelain cameos, and Swarovski® Crystals.

After allot of seeking for information, I found that I was not only fascinated, but in Love with this art form. I went on to discover, more jewelry design art forms. Such as chainmaille (chainmail), wire sculpting, wire wrapping, wire weaving, precious metal clay sculpting, and now metal, and silversmithing. I strive to learn, all that I can, on all these forms of jewelry art. I strive to master them all.

When learning a new technique or working on a design, I must have it perfected, before I implement it, in my jewelry creations. I hold myself to the highest standards, of quality workmanship. As my customers, deserve the best, that I can produce. All of my creations, are made with my two (2) hands. I do not contract out, for others to do my work, or mass produce my creations.

Some of the designs in my creations, are so common, that they are designs found in the public domain, like the "Pharaoh style ring". I have taken the design, and adjusted, it by using a larger gauge wire, and making it on a grander scale, to produce a very nice bangle bracelet design. I have bought some patterns, which give me permission to reproduce the design and sell the pieces, I create with it as my own creations. In these cases I state this and give credit to the original designer.

I put a bit of myself into every piece I make. I find it a privilege, for others, to ware my art, on their person. For this I THANK EACH and EVERYONE!
