Quick note to all: I am extremely sick, lost 8 lbs already, not sure if it's covid or not but it is horrible. Not sure when I will feel good enough to be on GG but just know I haven't forgotten you all, lol. Send me some healing vibes if you would, this is so nasty, no sleep, sore throat, chills, aches and pains, my rotator cuff is hurting so badly I can't find anything to work for it. At least I'm losing weight, no food or anything for 2 1/2 days. I'll be back when this is over or at least I feel better. Ron is still in the hospital. Hugs to you all.
