If you all have been reading the comments that have been posted on "Updates" made by Serhat, you will notice people are getting frustrated with the mods and the staff of Glitter-Graphics.com. They are mad because nobody has responded to their questions, innocent graphics aren't being approved for upload, it's taking days to be approved, the staff won't delete accounts or graphics, and the members of GG's ideas have been ignored. These things have gone unnoticed by the owners of this site for way too long. We need to bring it to their attention that they have part time jobs on here, {yes they have lives but they still need to try} and they should try to make their members happier!! Instead of just a few comments posted here and there by angry members, we all need to do it at the same time, so that we get a bigger response from the people in charge. This is why I have created this team, club, whatever you want to call it. WE CAN CHANGE THINGS TOGETHER. So what do you say, you in?

Our rules:
There will be absolutely no arguing {we're here to make peace and change, not fights!!}
All ideas for changes brought forth will thoroughly be thought over by the head committee.
Please only suggest clean thoughts for changes :]

Vice President: Your job as the vice president will be to make sure everything is thought over and that the messages being posted are clean.
Secretary: All the idea brought forth will be discussed between you and the president only.
Treasurer: it will be your job to make sure everyone on the team knows when to post on Serhat or Madelon's page with an argument.
Avii Maker: you will be making avatars for the members of the team saying their name and that "I am a member of Team Change"
Advertiser: you will advertise our team to nonmembers
Welcomer: you will welcome new members to our Team Change. :]
Member: All you will do is protest with all the other members of this team.
