I just read your note sweetie. I have to tell you this..I have a daughter about your age and the advice that I would give to her is what I would give to you as well. Love should never hurt..never. You donot need someone that will not respect you and treat you with dignity. I don't know what happened to cause this harm to you..but there is NO excuse for the all the bruises and the hurt. I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a lot w/Steven. A relationship shouldn't be abusive...is based on the love you two have for one another. A relationship shouldn't be one sided either, both of you have to work things out together. However, reading what you wrote, if Steven isn't the marrying type, then perhaps he's not the one you need in your life. You're already dealing w/emotional issues, you don't need someone to bring you down. However, this is my opinion & you can accept it or not. But I understand what you're going through & you are a strong person. Don't accept anything less, you deserve happiness, you deserve love & you deserve to be w/someone that will love you unconditionally.
