Hello Friend,

I was talking to one of my friends who is a nurse.
She told me that she is seeing more and more women come into the ER
with heart related problems.
Because I care about all of my G-G friends,
I thought I would share some good info on women's heart health.

If you experience any of these symptoms:
1. Discomfort, tightness, uncomfortable pressure, fullness,
squeezing in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes, or comes and goes
2. Crushing chest pain
3. Pressure or pain that spreads to the shoulders, neck, upper back, jaw, or arms.
4. Dizziness or nausea
5. Clammy sweats, heart flutters, or paleness
6. Unexplained feelings of anxiety, fatigue or weakness - especially with exertion
7. Stomach or abdominal pain
8. Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing

DO NOT HESITATE...Call an ambulance! Time is of the essence!
Tell them that you are having heart attack symptoms.
They will send an ambulance to transport you to a hospital emergency room.
After you make the phone call, crush or chew a full-strength aspirin
(swallow with a glass of water) to prevent further blood clotting.

may not be online much for the next 4 days, trying to get my 81 year old mother-in-law ready for her trip to visit her grandkids in Texas, thats a big trip for her but she wanted so badly to go, so we had to arrange non stop flights, and for someone to help her loading and unloading, it's almost like having a child again lol, but were getting there.
