Step 1; First get the polygon tool and trace it around the person.
Step 2; Then Right Click > Cut
Step 3; Put text where wanted
Step 4; When finished do right click paste and put the image back in postition.

Step 1; Make the text choose the color white
Stroke it black and make a shadow black
Step 2; Then use the Magic Wand tool and make the letter or word traced then use the bucket and fill the colors in
Step 3; When yur done with that use the text tool and click tranfer to selection make the selection on the text.
Step 4; then go to Filtre > Noise > add noise>
Then do the ammount 100 and check the uniform
